By using our website, requesting or accepting our services, or giving us your contact information, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Topanga Septic, 264 S Topanga Canyon Blvd., Topanga, CA 90290. Licensed and bonded, CSLB #1019132 (C-42 Sanitation), with a C-36 Plumbing license.

2. Our services

We provide septic and wastewater services, including inspections, pumping, tank cleaning, repairs, remediation, installation and replacement of systems, maintenance and monitoring, and plumbing services. Descriptions on our website are general, and the scope and price of each job are set out in the quote, estimate, or invoice we give you.

3. Quotes, scheduling, and payment

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when we prepare them, and the final price may change if site conditions, access, permits, or the scope of work differ from what was expected. We will tell you before doing additional work that changes the price. Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs as allowed by law. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, safe and clear access to the property and system, and to tell us about known hazards, gates, pets, or other conditions that affect the work. You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to request work on it.

5. Permits and regulations

Some work requires permits, inspections, or approvals from local or state agencies. Timelines and requirements set by those agencies are outside our control.

6. Warranties and limits of liability

We perform our work with reasonable care and skill. Any specific warranty will be stated in your quote or invoice. Except as required by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden or unmarked underground items, or conditions not disclosed to us. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

7. Text messaging program

Program name and description: The Topanga Septic text messaging program is used to send customers appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, quotes, invoices and payment receipts, service follow-ups, service reminders, and customer support replies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How you opt in: You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you request service, book an appointment, complete a form, or speak with us, or by texting us first.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us, and is usually a few messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges apply to messages we send and receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation, and then no more texts. You can opt back in by replying START or by contacting us.
